Role Overview

Role: Junior Data Analyst

Reporting To: Abilash S, Analyst LPH Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and continuously improve partner portal reporting and analytics
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Work with platform teams to coordinate data access and ensure data quality
• Perform data extraction, validation, and transformation
• Support ad hoc business reporting requirements
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve reporting efficiency, SQL development, documentation, and dashboard creation
• Contribute to building a scalable in-house LPH analytics function

Required Skills

• Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, transformations, performance optimization)
• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development
• Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate analytics and reporting workflows

Preferred Skills

• Qlik Sense or similar BI platform experience
• Adobe Analytics / Adobe Data Warehouse
• Experience working with cloud data platforms or enterprise data warehouses
• Exposure to cross-functional data environments
