Provide operational support to the Business Intelligence area in the preparation, maintenance, and improvement of recurring reporting, guaranteeing the quality and availability of commercial and marketing information. The position will provide analytical support to the various teams and business units, with a special focus on sales monitoring, and will feature a progressive growth plan in modeling, documentation, and advanced data analysis.

What you'll do

● Maintain and evolve recurring dashboards and reports in Power BI.

● Develop SQL queries on Azure Synapse for data extraction and validation.

● Create and maintain DAX measures and transformations in Power Query within existing semantic models, following technical standards.

● Translate business requests into clear KPIs and deliverables for non-technical users.

● Document sources, KPI definitions, and calculation logic in a versioned and traceable manner.

● Perform descriptive and ad hoc analyses on the acquisition funnel, campaign performance, and sales cycle evolution.

What we're looking for

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or a Master's in Data Science or similar.
• Experience between 1 and 2 years in reporting, data analysis, or Business Intelligence
• Creation or maintenance of reports and dashboards, data processing, and KPI monitoring
• Experience in corporate environments and with Power BI will be valued
• English Level B1-B2

Required: SQL, Excel, and intermediate-advanced Power BI (modeling, DAX, Power Query)

Valuable: Databases, Python (pandas, API consumption), and tools from the Microsoft ecosystem such as Fabric, Power Automate, or Azure.
