What you'll do

We are looking for an Analysis Technician (Jr) to support the analysis, monitoring, and improvement of key academic and institutional indicators, through working with large volumes of data, visualization tools, advanced analytics, and automation solutions. Contributing to strategic decision-making, to the improvement of university quality, to the fulfillment of academic indicators, and to ranking positioning.

What we're looking for

• Degree or Licentiate in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration and Management, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, or other related areas. A master's degree or postgraduate training in Data Science and AI is valued.
• Advanced handling of Excel and Power BI.
• Databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis (SPSS, R, or Python).
• Interest in automation and artificial intelligence tools.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
• Experience in a university environment, academic quality, or institutional analysis is valued.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish.

Analysis of academic and institutional data

• Extraction, cleaning, and analysis of large volumes of data from different internal and external sources.
• Analytical processing and interpretation of academic, quality, satisfaction, and ranking indicators.
• Identification of patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Data management and quality

• Design and maintenance of databases for the analysis and monitoring of indicators.
• Improvement of data collection and processing procedures.
• Guaranteeing the integrity, consistency, and reliability of the managed information.

Visualization and reporting

• Development of interactive dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Preparation of automated reports and ad hoc reports for different teams.
• Clear and concise presentation of results to facilitate decision-making.

Artificial Intelligence applied to data analysis

• Support in the application of artificial intelligence tools for the automation of analysis, processing, and synthesis of information and reporting processes.
• Collaboration in the design and testing of AI-based solutions oriented towards the monitoring of indicators, rankings, and university quality.
• Support innovation initiatives oriented towards improving efficiency in data use and information-based decision-making.
• Participation in the construction and testing of AI agents oriented towards facilitating the consultation, access, and reuse of institutional data.
