Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing data and analytics team. This entry-level opportunity is suitable for recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience who are interested in working with data, identifying trends, and supporting business decision-making.

The successful candidate will assist with collecting, cleaning, analysing, and presenting data while developing practical experience with reporting and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organise data from internal and external sources.

• Clean and validate datasets to maintain data accuracy.

• Perform basic data analysis and identify trends and patterns.

• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Use Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to analyse information.

• Support senior analysts with data-related projects.

• Assist with SQL queries and database-related tasks.

• Identify data quality issues and report discrepancies.

• Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format.

• Maintain accurate documentation of analysis and reporting processes.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis principles.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.

• Familiarity with SQL is desirable.

• Basic understanding of data visualisation and reporting.

• Strong numerical and analytical thinking.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience is suitable.

• Academic projects, internships, coursework, or personal data-analysis projects are welcomed.
