Junior Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (5588)
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our growing analytics and reporting team. This role is ideal for an early career professional with strong learning aptitude, excellent listening and retention skills, and a proactive work ethic. You do not need deep development experience; instead, we are looking for someone eager to build skills in modern analytics tools and automation technologies while supporting the transition of our reporting ecosystem from BusinessObjects to the ARES environment.
- Serve as Tier 1 help desk support for team tools, solutions, and automations.
- Support process streamlining by identifying inefficiencies within Tier 1 workflows and building simple automations or enhancements.
- Contribute to team operational readiness, process improvement initiatives, and user support activities.
- Participate in testing activities for new analytics solutions and automations.
- Monitor and maintain Teams channel announcements, communications, and knowledge-sharing content.
- Assist with light reporting tasks, data validation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to learn Power Apps, Power BI automation, and ARES platform capabilities.
- Provide organized, timely follow-up on assigned tasks, escalating questions or issues appropriately.
- Maintain clear, accurate notes and documentation to support repeatable processes.

- Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Azure).
- Fundamental comfort with data visualization or structured problem-solving.
