Junior Data Entry Analyst (English B2+) 🌟

As a Junior Data Entry Analyst, you'll support key operations (for international clients in the insurance industry), working entirely in English-based systems and platforms.
What you'll do
Research, review, and enter data into English-based systems (understanding it, not just typing it)
Work toward productivity and quality goals (we'll train you to reach them)
Prepare and send efficiency reports
Handle email communication in English
Keep learning through ongoing training, supported by a dedicated team
💡 How it works: You'll start with 10 weeks on-site training in Quito. Once you complete it, you'll move to a fully remote work model.
Requisitos
What we're looking for
- English B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher): you can write clear emails and hold a fluent conversation. Interviews, training, and systems are fully in English.
- Analytical and logical thinking: you like understanding the "why" behind the data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas, filters, sorting) and quick to learn new platforms
- Responsible, proactive, and open to feedback
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- For the remote phase: a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work

- Experience in insurance, data entry, or back office roles (internships count!)
