Junior Dealer

You learn real-time risk, pricing, and execution on a live dealing desk while working alongside experienced dealers. You monitor client exposure, pricing, liquidity, and risk parameters, assist with hedging and reporting, follow market events, and develop operational judgment in a multi-asset trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client exposure in real time
• Use dealing tools and internal dashboards
• Support adherence to risk limits and parameters
• Monitor pricing feeds, markups, and liquidity providers
• Escalate pricing and liquidity issues
• Assist with pricing adjustments
• Assist with hedging activity
• Contribute to daily P&L and exposure reporting
• Follow market events and desk risk management

Requirements

• No prior dealing experience required
• Openness to AI-assisted tools
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading
• Comfort working with data and internal tools
• Ability to stay calm and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, public holidays, and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English
