YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Design reliable, robust power GaN products, choosing the most suitable system architectures, technologies and circuital topologies on the basis of market requirements and finalize these designs from the feasibility study to qualification and production.
• Perform Spice and R3D simulations to verify electrical performances and support physical modeling activities
• Support technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
• To support the characterization and failure analysis of the designed GaN products.
• Support for parameter definitions, datasheet compilation and measurement validation for GaN product devices.
• Definition of FOMs of GaN technology based on characterization activities.
• Follow the reverse analysis of competitor devices to guarantee the state-of-the-art performance of ST GaN products.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions (Marketing, Engineering, Application, Quality)
• Support project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving
• Build effective collaborations with external partners, including academia and vendors
• Contribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master degree in physics, engineers, material science, chemistry or similar
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite..;
• English business proficiency
• Device Physics knowledge
• Device characterization at bench

The expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL).

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
