Junior Designer

Requirements

● have basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma.
● have a solid understanding of fundamental design principles — layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
● are able to adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and sizes.
● have strong attention to detail and good time management and organisational skills.
● can follow instructions, execute briefs accurately, and ask questions when clarity is needed.
● are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
● are willing to learn and improve continuously.
● have a familiarity with designing for social media platforms and an interest in branding, marketing, or consumer tech.
