Junior Developer AI Engineering

You will stabilize and improve an automated vertical-video generation pipeline, from scripts and voiceovers through visuals, subtitles, editing, publishing, and tracking. You will evaluate generative models, develop AI creators and agent workflows, build analytics dashboards, automate publishing integrations, and write tested, documented code.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize the vertical-video generation pipeline.
• Improve content quality, virality, volume, cost, and turnaround time.
• Evaluate and integrate video, image, voice, and LLM generation services.
• Develop virtual AI creators with consistent characters, voices, styles, and content plans.
• Design and improve agents, prompts, validation, context control, and cost control.
• Build dashboards for generation operations and content analytics.
• Automate publishing through platform integrations and mobile devices.
• Write clean, testable, documented code with unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• Demonstrate solid Python skills and basic Bash skills.
• Show hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic pipelines.
• Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar development tools.
• Understand prompt engineering, Git, team development, Docker, REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL databases.
• Understand vertical content, video discovery, shadowbans, and mobile posting farms.
• Measure results using content metrics and cost per video.
• Read technical documentation in English at an intermediate level or higher.
