Junior Developer/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and optimization of the Mobile App CRM Demo under the guidance of the Senior Developer;

• Development and coding implementation of online and mobile applications;

• Support backend integration work between Odoo, Jira, and other internal tools;

• Perform QA/UAT testing and overseas compatibility testing for the CRM Demo across target markets (Singapore, Japan, UK, Australia);

• Help implement AI tools and new development environment (PHPStorm, Cursor AI, etc.) to improve coding efficiency;

• Work closely with project teams to deliver client projects;

• Unit test code and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines under supervision;

• Support documentation and technical preparation for client demonstrations in target markets;

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently with guidance, and accountable for assigned tasks.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or above, completed studies in computer studies, information technology, multimedia, interface design or related disciplines;

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years solid experiences in dynamic online or mobile application development;

• Experience in Programming skills is a must, any such as: PHP or ASP.NET, Bootstrap Frameworks, Auglar JS, React Native JS or Ionic JS or Native Objective-C or Native Java / C++;

• Knowledge in database communication: MySQL or MSSQL or SQLlite, API feeds / development, JSON or XML integration;

• Knowledge in server setup on VM / Cloud is preferred;

• Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, independently and meet deadlines;

• Enjoy what you are doing and interest in the latest web/mobile/technology development practices, techniques and trends.
