As a Junior DevOps Developer you will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of our companys software products This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the field of DevOps while also pursuing other commitments You will work closely with our experienced DevOps team to learn best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development process

Responsibilities

• - Assist with building testing and deploying software releases
• - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration between code branches
• - Help maintain and improve our companys automated testing framework
• - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• - Assist with implementing new tools and technologies to streamline processes
• - Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met

Requirements

• - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or currently pursuing
• - Knowledge of at least one programming language eg Java Python C++
• - Familiarity with Linux operating system and command-line tools
• - Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• - Excellent communication skills
