Junior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

  • Support and further develop CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and repositories.
  • Operate and improve our development tooling landscape, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.
  • Help standardize pipelines, templates, and workflows to improve developer experience and quality.
  • Assist in integrating quality gates, security checks, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot pipeline issues and improve build reliability.
  • Support the migration and integration of repositories, pipelines, and tooling across the SYSTABUILD group.
  • Document tooling, processes, and best practices to enable self-service for development teams.
  • Learn and grow towards more advanced DevOps and platform engineering responsibilities.
  • First hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, for example using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools.
  • Good experience with scripting or automation (for example Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
  • Basic understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, pull requests, branching strategies).
  • Initial experience with build and test automation for at least one programming ecosystem (for example .NET, Delphi or C++).
  • Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube or similar static analysis solutions.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and cloud concepts.
  • Willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code, security practices, and cloud-native tooling.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) organizations, pipelines, or boards.
  • First exposure to GitHub Enterprise administration or repository management.
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
  • Interest in cloud platforms, especially AWS.
