Role Summary – Digital Information Developer -

Sydney/Melbourne Based

Digital Information Developer required for creating internal and external technical documentation.

· Degree or tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

· Degree qualified or professional certifications in technical writing, digital communication, information design, or equivalent.

· Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills.

· Aptitude for understanding new technologies, acquiring new skills, document design and information architecture.

· Plain English principles.

· Single-sourcing and content reuse.

· Source control such as Azure DevOps or GitHub

· SDLC life cycles

· API reference documentation principles

· Style guides and the separation of content and style.

· Knowledge Management principles information architecture, metadata, and taxonomies.

· Information Development and UX design principles.

· MS Office templates, automation, and styles.

· Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
