Junior Digital Sales Advisor for Retail Customers

You will advise retail customers by telephone, identify their needs and recognize sales opportunities during consultations and service requests. You will proactively sell financing, insurance, savings products and accounts through digital channels and targeted sales campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers independently and with a customer-focused approach
- Identify sales opportunities in consultations and service requests
- Proactively sell financing, insurance, savings products and accounts based on customer needs and sales campaigns
Requirements
- Completed vocational education, with or without a school-leaving certificate
- Sales experience, preferably in telephone direct sales
- Customer orientation and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
- Ability to explain complex products clearly
- Communication skills through digital channels and telephone
- Ability to identify and generate customer needs
- Teamwork and willingness to learn
- Excellent German and good English language skills
