- Support the establishment of our Dynatrace platform across the application management services estate
- Help deliver end-to-end observability for application and infrastructure performance
- Enable earlier issue detection and more proactive service management
- Assist with dependency mapping, monitoring and automated alerting
- Support faster root cause analysis and improved incident resolution
- Contribute to AI-assisted analytics to strengthen insight-led decision-making
