Junior Electrical Engineer

TRISTAR is seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to support our customer at NSWC Crane. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of complex electrical systems, from concept development and design through testing, deployment, and sustainment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized problem-solver, and team player eager to support critical national defense initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.
• Ensure quality products and services are delivered to the customer.
• Define electrical system implementation approach and operational concepts. Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.
• Provide technical inputs related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff.
• Support electrical system analyses at all levels for total system product integration to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Attend project meetings as assigned.
• Project coordination and Document Control, to include responsibility for generation and review of technical documentation.
• Closely monitor project team, performance, to include vendors, to ensure technical rigor and that materials and parts will be delivered on time and that the end product will meet customer needs.
