Junior Embedded Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for embedded Linux BSP development and porting, including U-Boot, Linux Kernel, device tree and root file system.
2. Perform driver debugging and functional verification of board-level peripherals, including UART, I²C, SPI, GPIO, USB, SDIO and Ethernet.
3. Assist with system bring-up, peripheral integration and hardware/software issue triage on new hardware platforms.
4. Participate in software configuration, compilation and integration of embedded Linux buildsystems such as Yocto and Buildroot.
5. Collaborate with hardware, application and testing teams on robot product development, testing and mass-production support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Communication, Automation or related fields (fresh graduates).
2. Solid C programming fundamentals with strong coding and debugging skills.
3. Familiar with basic Linux operations, Shell environments and common development tools.
4. Understanding of the embedded Linux boot process; basic knowledge of U-Boot, Linux Kernel and device tree.
5. Familiar with common hardware interfaces such as UART, I²C, SPI and GPIO; able to read datasheets, schematics and English technical documentation.
6. Strong learning ability, problem-analysis skills and hands-on capability, with genuine interest in embedded Linux or robotics.
7. The following experience is preferred: (1) Project experience with embedded Linux, microcontrollers, development boards or robots. (2) Hands-on experience with Linux drivers, device tree, U-Boot, Yocto or Buildroot. (3) Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers or similar tools for hardware/software integration debugging. (4) Open-source projects, GitHub portfolio, technical blog or relevant competition experience.
