We need to hire an energy and maintenance manager to perform the duties specific to the position at the facilities of one of our clients located in the Moncloa district.
What you'll do
o Protocolize existing information (Monitoring Reports, Audits,...).
o Consumption modeling: BaseLine (review and improvement).
o Control and Validation of billing.
o Monitoring of consumption through a Monitoring application.
o Carbon Footprint. Current update of the Registry.
o Energy Certification of Buildings (update).
o Continuous Improvement Plan for the facilities.
o BMS Monitoring (Management and documentation of change control).
o Coordinate and plan the execution of assembly or maintenance tasks.
o Manage and verify the preparation of technical and monitoring reports.
What we're looking for
Proactivity and willingness to learn.
Intermediate-high level knowledge of the Office suite.
Nice to have
Knowledge of AutoCAD and an intermediate level of English are valued.
What you'll get
💼 Competitive compensation and a flexible compensation plan
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time from Monday to Friday.
- Schedule from 8:00/8:30 to 14:00 and from 15:15 to 17:30/18:00 hours.
