Responsibilities

  • Write and edit English learning content based on established curriculum frameworks.

  • Develop exercises covering vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading, speaking, and situational dialogues.

  • Create English example sentences, learning explanations, questions, answers, and learner feedback.

  • Organize English language concepts into short, mobile-friendly lessons.

  • Assist in designing course units, exercise sequences, and review activities.

  • Classify content by difficulty level and tag key learning points according to curriculum standards.

  • Review course content for language accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and appropriate difficulty.

  • Review and refine AI-generated English learning content.

  • Assist in building and maintaining the curriculum knowledge base and question bank.

  • Participate in internal course testing and identify, record, and correct content issues.

  • Assist in researching common English learning errors among Chinese-speaking learners.

  • Continuously revise and improve course content based on feedback from the academic and curriculum development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Degree in English Language Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, English Studies, Education, or a related field.

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong foundation in English grammar, writing, and editing.

  • Ability to assess whether English expressions are accurate, natural, and appropriate for specific contexts.

  • Good Chinese communication skills.

  • Strong interest in curriculum design, second language acquisition, and EdTech.

  • Detail-oriented with strong content organization and execution skills.

  • Comfortable with repeated content review, editing, and refinement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating teaching materials, courses, lesson plans, or assessment questions.

  • Internship experience in EdTech, online education, publishing, or related industries.

  • Basic understanding of CEFR or second language acquisition theories.

  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, or review.

  • Portfolio of relevant coursework, lesson plans, academic papers, or English content is a plus.
