Junior ERP Specialist / SAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Process Mapping: Collaborate with operational teams to map shop floor processes

(production planning, inventory management, material control) into SAP ByD.

* Master Data Configuration: Set up and maintain Organizational Structures,

Bills of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Production Routings, and Resources.

* Scenario Testing: Execute end-to-end process testing (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order,

MRP) and assist in resolving functional system issues.

* User Empowerment: Assist in preparing simplified documentation and training shop

floor teams on using SAP ByD work centers and mobile apps.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/CS/IT),

Operations, Business Information Systems, or related field.

* ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental ERP concepts. Exposure to

SAP Business by Design, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP tools is a strong plus.

* Industry Aptitude: Genuine interest in manufacturing, inventory control, and

supply chain operations.

* Key Skills: Good analytical problem-solving, proficiency in MS Excel, and

clear communication skills.

* Mindset: Eager to learn directly from operational experts and bridge technology

with real shop-floor practices.
