Job Title: Junior Brand European Manager (T1)

Location: London, Paddington and open to most EU office locations

As Junior Brand European Manager you will be an integral part of Regional Brand team. It is execution-focused role designed to establish strong foundations in brand management. You will own performance tracking tools, website management, and e-commerce content deployment. Additionally, in this role, you will support the Senior Brand Manager & Brand Manager on innovation and communications, manage the operational budget, and lead minor line extensions to deliver brand growth.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Brand, Marketing, Category, Activation or Commercial roles within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of the local cluster market, customer landscape, and consumer trends.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, using data and insights to drive decisions and brand performance.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support brand strategy and planning through market analysis, performance diagnostics, and action tracking.
  • Track and report brand performance, leveraging tools and insights to identify opportunities and drive growth in partnership with the Cluster MS&D teams.
  • Partner with Brand Managers to support innovation, renovation, and portfolio development projects.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of smaller-scale innovations, including line extensions, packaging updates, and activations.
  • Coordinate post-launch reviews and ensure compliance across innovation, portfolio, and mandatory catalogue initiatives.
  • Lead the deployment of marketing campaigns, brand website updates, and digital commerce content in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across MS&D, Sales Excellence, and Centre of Excellence teams to deliver brand priorities.
  • Support budget management, spend tracking, invoice processing, and operational brand planning activities.
