Manage and maintain clients' financial accounts and corporate secretarial records, ensuring accurate invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and preparation of company resolutions and meeting minutes.
Responsibilities
- Process invoicing, journals, receipts, payments, and perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate clients' financial records
- Execute basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks to support clients' financial management needs
- Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Maintain corporate secretarial records to ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance
- Prepare company resolutions to facilitate corporate governance and support decision-making
- Draft minutes of meetings to accurately document discussions and decisions for official records
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients' queries to provide effective support
- Manage all corporate secretarial matters to ensure smooth administrative operations
