Junior Executive
Job Summary
Responsible
for managing time office operations, employee lifecycle documentation,
attendance administration, payroll inputs, statutory compliance support, and HR
coordination to ensure effective workforce management and compliance with
organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee
attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, overtime, and manpower
reporting.
- Monitor biometric attendance
systems and ensure accuracy of time office records.
- Prepare and validate payroll
inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Maintain employee master
data, personal files, joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and
separation documentation.
- Support statutory compliance
activities related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour law
documentation.
- Manage contract labour
records, gate pass control, and contractor compliance documentation.
- Generate HR MIS reports
related to manpower, absenteeism, overtime, attrition, and productivity.
- Coordinate induction,
onboarding, employee communication, and policy implementation.
- Support disciplinary
actions, employee grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with production
and departmental heads for manpower planning and shift deployment.
Requirements
Qualification- MBA (HR) / PGDM in Human Resources
Experience- 2–4 Years of experience in Time Office / HR Operations, preferably in manufacturing industry.
