Summary
Coordinates purchase orders for construction projects, tracks deliveries, and monitors inventory using procurement tools like Globe3 and PDF Professional.
Your Role
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Purchasing, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders from project sites and vendors, to ensure timely deliveries. In addition, you will generate purchase orders and monitor inventory reports.
The Requirements
- Possess a Degree/Diploma holders with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction company
- Independent, proactive, resourceful, results-oriented and with a good eye for details
- Knowledge on Globe3 and PDF professional will be added advantage
