Your Tasks

• As part of the Group-wide finance program, you will support the eCommerce division in increasing the efficiency of the banking and treasury finance processes. In doing so, you will always keep an eye on country-specific requirements and regulations.
• A key area of responsibility will be the governance of Finance cash-on delivery processes which are elemental to the eCommerce value-proposition in many markets.
• As part of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities in process change and backlog management, including the execution of user acceptance tests for overarching finance tools (e.g. SAP S/4, various data warehouses).
• You will also participate in the development of system-related requirements (specifically SAP S/4HANA and related functional applications) in collaboration with the IT community and our Country Finance Teams to facilitate fit-to-standard discussions at the level 4 and level 5 process details.
• You will contribute as a business counterpart to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of system interfaces, including APIs, ensuring seamless integration across finance, treasury, banking, and external platforms.
• Guiding the system and tool configuration by ERP and interface development teams, provision of appropriate process documentation, and development of Group-wide onboarding and training materials will also play an important role for you in this role.
• As we will be leveraging a portfolio of modern digitalization and process automation tools, you will contribute to the organizational change management activities that will support their introduction.

Your Profile

• You have a degree with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification as well as initial practical experience in international project management.
• Experience in master data and business process management is desirable.
• You have demonstrated your ability to automate processes with RPA or AI-enabled solutions in a Finance function context.
• Good knowledge of SAP modules, ideally S/4HANA, rounds off your profile.
• You also appreciate an intercultural environment, have team spirit and convince with strong communication skills.
• You are willing to travel internationally up to 30%.
