Junior finance & accounting specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & accounting specialist to support our rapid growth on the Italian market. Reporting to the Finance & Administrative Manager, you will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and controlling activities, contributing to the company’s financial accuracy and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting/treasury/controlling activities

• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Monitor financial performance and prepare internal reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with external auditors and advisors

• Improve and streamline financial processes and controls

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or controlling roles preferably in companies operating in the renewable energy sector

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP systems are a plus) familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level) and knowledge of French language is a plus
