Junior Finance Officer
Summary
Handles core accounting tasks like financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and basic bookkeeping for a nonprofit/government-aligned organization, using Excel and accounting software.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
* Completion of NYSC is required.
* Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks is an added advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (including internships, NYSC, or entry-level roles).
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
