Junior Finance Operations Specialist

Reporting Junior Finance Operations Specialist supports multiple business units and locations in the reporting activities, provides superior customer service to clients, ensures Service Level Agreements and customer expectations are met, informs about problems and suggests improvements in the process to the Team Leader. Junior Finance Operations Specialist will be responsible for the delivering standard and ad hoc reports to internal and external clients with timely manners

Main duties and responsibilities

• Deliver regular, pre-defined reports to our internal and external clients
• Deliver ad-hoc reports according to stakeholder requirements
• Communicate with internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner
• Ensure that data are presented in a logical and transparent way
• Seek opportunities for reporting processes improvements
• Participate in external and internal trainings
• Assist senior team members on daily basis

• Very good English
• Excel knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Any relevant experience in finance, preferably in shared service
• Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in international diversified professional environment. Willingness to learn new systems and tools supporting the daily work. Thorough understanding of finance processes and respective control framework
