Junior Financial Analyst – Hybrid, Growth & Reporting

xFarm Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance team across multiple countries. You will assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis in a fast-growing, hybrid work environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Finance and cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives while developing your treasury and reporting skills.

Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, management accounts and consolidation packages across all group entities. Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, working closely with the Head of Finance and business unit owners. Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis, KPI tracking and ad-hoc financial analyses to support management decision-making. Administration & Treasury: Support accounts payable and receivable processes, manage payment runs and perform bank reconciliations across all group entities. Accounting & Compliance: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures. ERP & Process Improvement: Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting processes, including the ongoing ERP transition. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance team and other departments to support business planning, cost control and strategic initiatives across the group. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related role. Basic knowledge of cash management principles and financial instruments. Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with modern productivity and AI‑based tools (e.g. Netsuite for accounting, Agicap for treasury, Salesforce, Notion, Claude, etc.) is a plus; we value a proactive attitude towards technology adoption. Good analytical skills and attention to detail; Positive and proactive attitude; Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus. Hybrid work model Career development opportunities
