Junior Financial controller

At Necomplus, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Alicante and support a key business area within an international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and profitability.
• Prepare financial and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Monitor costs, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other business teams.
• Contribute to improving financial reporting and processes.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• CCH Tagetik knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious and business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• English proficiency.
