Processing invoices for sponsorship and general suppliers and vendors: Working on an efficient invoice process to contribute to smooth cash flow management.
Participating in annual financial audit: This includes alignment with the external party (from planning up to deliverables), internal stakeholders, and ensuring data is made available and interpretable by the auditor.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial figures: Together with the other finance team members, you will prepare accurate figures in a timely manner. These reports include summaries of financial performance, analysis of trends, and will provide insights for management and stakeholders influencing decision making processes.
