Junior Financing Operations Manager - Dutch Speaker

Your new role

• Guide customers by phone and email through the process of applying for car financing.
• Independently handle financing applications from small businesses and help follow up on private customers’ applications, supporting the sales team.
• Help customers submit their applications to our partner bank.
• Keep the sales team clearly updated on the status of financing applications.
• Carefully review contracts and flag any errors or missing information.
• Ensure applications are processed accurately and efficiently, with a focus on both quality and speed.
• Work without sales targets: your focus is on providing good support and handling applications correctly.

Your skills

• Ideally, you have demonstrable skills and knowledge equivalent to Dutch MBO level 4. No specific educational background is required.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
• You’re eager to learn and keen to expand your knowledge of financing.
• You enjoy communicating with customers by phone and email.
• You’re confident with administration and digital tools, and work efficiently as well as carefully.
• You have an eye for detail and quickly spot when something is wrong in an application.
• You’re sociable and customer-focused, and are also comfortable spending much of the day working at a computer.
• An interest in cars is a plus, but not a requirement.
