Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our fast-paced engineering team. In this role, your primary focus will be building, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and the GetX state management framework.
You will get firsthand experience working in a real-world Agile environment with weekly release cycles, allowing you to see your code go live and make an immediate impact. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set by occasionally contributing to our web-based projects. Key Responsibilities
App Development: Assist in developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
State Management: Utilize the GetX framework for efficient state management, dependency injection, and route management.
Agile Delivery: Participate actively in our fast-paced development process, contributing to our strict weekly release cycles.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate design mockups into functional, responsive user interfaces.
Code Quality: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code, and participate in peer code reviews.
Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs to ensure optimal app performance and a smooth user experience.
Requirements
Education: Graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Flutter Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
Framework Familiarity: Basic understanding of or willingness to rapidly learn the GetX ecosystem (state management, routing, etc.).
Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) for source code management.
Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines.
English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with an international, English-speaking team.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
ReactJS Experience: Knowledge of or hands-on experience with ReactJS is a major plus, as you may have the chance to contribute to our web application projects.
Portfolio: Personal projects, GitHub repositories, or published apps that showcase your Flutter/front-end coding abilities.
