Summary

Junior frontend engineer building product UIs (dashboards, forms, tables, modals) with React, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, plus Web3 features like wallet connection and EVM contract calls via wagmi/ethers.js. Remote role at Accountable, a privacy-preserving digital finance and DeFi platform.

Accountable is a digital finance platform that lets businesses verify and share data in a privacy-preserving way, and gives retail investors access to verifiable yield opportunities. We aim to remove trust barriers, reduce fraud, and unlock new opportunities for efficient and safe financial growth.

We're looking for a motivated frontend engineer who can turn ideas into working code quickly using modern tools.

What you'll do:

  • Build product UIs with React, Vite and TypeScript (dashboards, forms, tables, modals).
  • Write clean, accessible, responsive markup with solid semantics and cross-browser support.
  • Style with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui components.
  • Visualize data for internal and product dashboards (charts and metrics).
  • Integrate Web3 features such as wallet connection and EVM contract calls using wagmi or ethers.js.
  • Keep code quality high: readability, reuse, baseline accessibility, consistent design.

Requirements:

  • Conversational English (written communication, docs, occasional calls).
  • Experience with React and Vite.
  • Strong understanding of frontend markup (semantics, responsive layouts, CSS fundamentals).
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript (typed props and state, basic utility types).
  • Located in a European time zone.

Nice to have:

  • Web3 and DeFi knowledge: how wallets, transactions and smart contracts work, and familiarity with concepts like vaults (e.g. ERC-4626), lending, yield and stablecoins.
  • Experience with shadcn/ui.
  • Experience with wagmi or ethers.js (working with EVM contracts).
  • Experience building dashboards and charts (e.g. Recharts, Chart.js, ECharts).

What we offer:

  • Real product impact and a voice in shaping the stack and solutions.
  • A pragmatic process with short cycles and a strong focus on delivery.
  • Flexible schedule within European working hours.
  • Full-time or part-time, whichever fits best.
  • Remote-only within European time zones, with a potential relocation opportunity in the future depending on business needs.
  • Compensation and arrangement are negotiable.
