About you - Tech skills & Experience:
- 1 year of commercial experience in web development
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript knowledge
- Hands-on experience with React.js ecosystem (hooks, state management)
- REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
- Uses AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating outputs
About you - Soft skills:
- Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the business value of your work
- Proactive in communication - shares progress and asks for help when needed
- Embraces feedback as learning opportunities and comfortable admitting knowledge gaps
- Open-minded about learning new frameworks and technologies
- Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards fullstack development

- English B2+ for international collaboration
- Polish C1 for daily team communication
