JUNIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER (GEN AI & DATA INTEGRATION)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop AI-Powered Solutions: Build and enhance digital applications using Generative AI (GenAI), AI-assisted coding tools, and vibe-coding approaches to accelerate software development and innovation.
2. Build and Integrate Applications: Develop, customize, and maintain web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automation solutions to support the Company's operational and business needs.
3. API and Data Integration: Connect internal systems, commercial platforms, databases, and AI services through APIs and automated data workflows to improve information flow and operational efficiency.
4. Prototype and Iterate: Rapidly develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants and low-code/no-code platforms, test solutions with users, and refine them based on feedback.
5. Maintain and Improve Solutions: Test, troubleshoot, document, and enhance applications to ensure functionality, reliability, data accuracy, and basic cybersecurity compliance.
6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with the Manager, Technology Applications, business teams, and technology vendors to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and support continuous improvement.

Requirements / Competencies

1. Programming Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks such as React.js and Node.js. Familiarity with PHP is an advantage.
2. GenAI and AI-Assisted Development: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to generate, debug, test, and improve code. Experience with vibe coding or AI-powered application builders is an advantage.
3. API and Data Integration: Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and connecting applications or AI services. Exposure to workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms is an advantage.
4. Database and Version Control: Basic knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
5. Problem-Solving and Learning Agility: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, validate AI-generated outputs, and learn new technologies quickly. Able to turn business problems into simple, working digital solutions.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work with business users, project teams, and external technology vendors. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant project portfolios are welcome to apply.
