About the Role
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you’ll help build and improve the client’s platforms, dashboards, portals, and automation tools. You will work across both frontend and backend development while creating simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences for teams across HR, payroll, operations and client services.
What you will do:
Develop, maintain, and improve web applications and backend services.
Build and enhance features across the frontend and backend of applications.
Integrate third-party APIs and support workflow automation.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following development best practices.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
Support the performance, reliability, and security of developed systems.
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and continuously improve applications and tools.
Assist in documenting technical specifications, processes, and system updates.
Learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Who you are:
1–2 years of experience in full-stack or web development; fresh graduates with relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
Familiarity with CSS and frontend development principles.
Basic understanding of backend development, APIs, and web application architecture.
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve your development skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of assigned tasks.
