Junior Full-stack Engineer
- This is a part-time role (5 hours/week) for a 1-3-month contract
- Review and clean up the existing codebase for a web-based coding game, removing unnecessary files and refactoring code to improve efficiency and maintainability
- Develop remaining core features, including the learning center, code editor, simulated freelancing program, and user dashboards
- Provide technical guidance and recommend best practices for full-stack web application development
- Collaborate with the project creator to define and execute a strategic roadmap for launch readiness
- 1-3 years of software development experience
- Proficiency with React
- Proficiency with Node.js
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS
- Proficiency with Typescript, CSS
- Experience with code review and codebase cleanup
- Ability to work independently on complex projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience with PostCSS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
