The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Junior Full Stack Software Developer to play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our software products. This is an opportunity for a hands-on testing professional who enjoys working closely with developers, contributing to continuous improvement and helping deliver high-quality solutions in the operational technology space.

Your Role

The Full Stack Software Developer will work across our product suite — primarily Asset Intellect and Alarm Sentinel — building new features, improving existing functionality, and contributing to our cloud-hosted platform Asset Intellect Cloud on AWS. You will:

· Develop and maintain front-end UI using Angular 18+ and TypeScript

· Build and maintain back-end services using .NET 8+ and C#

· Design and construct REST APIs

· Work with MS SQL databases including schema design and query optimisation

· Use GitHub Copilot and/or Claude as a standard part of your development workflow

· Manage and communicate work via JIRA

· Participate in design and implementation discussions via MS Teams

What We're Looking For

· 1-2 years of experience with the technologies listed in this role

· Must have strong, hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8+, and SQL

· Must have strong, hands-on experience with Angular 18+ and TypeScript

· Good HTML and CSS skills

· Proficient with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude as part of daily development practice

· Logical, analytical thinker with high attention to detail

· Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills — tenacious in solving problems

· Able to learn and adapt quickly

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Good organisational skills with a focus on quality and product improvement; able to work effectively in JIRA or similar

· Some industrial or operational technology (OT) knowledge is an advantage but not required
