Junior Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who enjoys building reliable backend services, solving engineering problems, and taking ownership from development to production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance services and APIs.
• Work with Rust, Go, or Java to develop production-ready applications.
• Design and work with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in strong code reviews.
• Own features/projects end-to-end from breaking down requirements to delivery and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership of production problems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help improve engineering practices.

Requirements:

• 1.5-3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least one of: Rust, Go, or Java.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices
• Practical understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with SQL/relational databases and NoSQL databases.
• Strong coding fundamentals with an emphasis on clean, testable, production-ready code.
• Ability to understand requirements, break down problems, identify risks, and deliver independently.
• Good debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
