It’s a place that empowers you to think, collaborate, and help create something truly valuable.About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing Fund Accounting Services to the key internal stakeholders, managing the Alternative and Core Real Estate Funds.Posting of bank journals and updating bank reconciliationsPayment of invoices through Certane Portal or Perpetual Docstore for multiple Funds PO Creation in Yardi and funding to AP ANZ account for invoice payment for multiple FundsCash flow forecast for paymentQuarterly preparation of Unit Pricing for basic FundRoll up of Property Management Reports to the Fund’s TBPreparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the basic FundPreparation and posting month end accruals for the basic FundBAS Reconciliation and Payment for the basic FundMonitoring of Debt Facility interests, line fees, and reset feesMaintenance of Fixed Asset Register for the property owned by the basic FundOther adhoc tasks
