THE WORK

As a Junior GenAI Engineer, you’ll join a team that creates innovative GenAI and agentic AI tools for major companies. We’re looking for people who are genuinely curious about Generative AI and proactively follow what’s happening in the space – new models, tools, and techniques. If you’re excited about applying AI to solve real business problems at scale, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Build next‑generation GenAI applications and autonomous multi‑agent systems for top‑tier enterprise clients using Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), and open‑source models.
  • Design enterprise‑grade RAG solutions and agentic workflows that reason, act, and make decisions at scale.
  • Evaluate and stress‑test AI outputs, hunting down hallucinations, edge cases, and failure modes before they reach production.
  • Deploy solutions to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with real‑world performance and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants who are shaping how leading enterprises adopt AI.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

What’s in it for you?

  • Projects with global impact: Participate in real‑life implementations of GenAI and conversational analytics for Fortune 500 type organizations, seeing how your solutions perform in demanding production environments.
  • Hands‑on GenAI engineering: Learn how to design, prototype and debug AI‑driven solutions, from Vibe Coding sessions through RAG pipelines to conversational interfaces over enterprise data.
  • Continuous learning in a fast‑growing domain: Build a strong foundation in modern tooling such as vector databases, embeddings, Text‑to‑SQL and MCP, supported by experienced Data & AI practitioners.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid proficiency in Python and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Basic backend experience – understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and how client‑server communication works.
  • Hands‑on experience with foundation models (LLMs) and an understanding of how embeddings and vector search work.
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK) and an understanding of agentic architecture concepts.
  • Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it connects AI agents to external systems.
  • Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or similar) – we expect these to be a core part of your daily workflow.
  • Good command of English (min. B2).

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or working with vector databases.
  • Hands‑on experience with multi‑agent systems or autonomous AI workflows in personal, academic, or professional projects.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps practices and CI/CD for AI applications.
  • Contributions to open‑source projects, hackathon experience, or a public GitHub portfolio.
  • Basic cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with containerization and API tooling (Docker, FastAPI, Flask).
  • Understanding of Responsible AI principles and model evaluation techniques.

What we offer

  • A permanent employment contract.
  • Individual support of a People Lead and a clear path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.
  • A wide training package: soft, technical and language trainings, access to e‑learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, and the possibility of co‑financing courses and certifications.
  • Employee Assistance Program – legal, financial and psychological consultations.
  • Participation in the employee share purchase plan with eligibility for quarterly dividends.
  • Paid employee referral program.
  • Private medical care and life insurance.
  • Access to a benefits platform (e.g., Worksmile) with a wide range of products and services, including a sports card.

Interview Note

We value practical skills. During the technical interview, we’ll give you a real problem to solve and debug together using your preferred development setup, including any AI‑assisted tools you work with day to day.
