Our client is a North Sea operator currently recruiting for the position of Junior Geoscientist, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
- Support geological and geophysical interpretation activities across development, drilling and exploration projects.
- Contribute to the management, quality control and analysis of subsurface datasets.
- Assist in subsurface mapping, reservoir characterisation and resource evaluation activities.
- Develop capability in industry-standard geoscience and digital tools through structured training and practical application.
- Prepare clear technical reports, presentations and supporting materials for a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to safety, collaboration, continuous improvement and delivery of team objectives.
Experience & Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in Geoscience completed prior to the role start date.
- Degree qualification completed within the last three years.
- Sound understanding of geology, geophysics and subsurface evaluation principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude for learning specialist geoscience software.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
