INCATech Junior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst
INCATech is in search of a Junior Geospatial Intelligence Analyst matching the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
- Experience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data management
- Experience creating cartographic products with multi-INT data
- Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
- Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
- Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflows
- Understanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movement
- Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
- Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
- Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
- Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook
- At least three (3) years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- At least three (3) years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products
- Demonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers
- Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessments
- Experience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in: Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial System OR four (4) years of military experience in a related field
