About this Position As a Junior Global Trade Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requests and the timely submission of reports and key performance indicators. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate data in the Global Trade Services (GTS) system, overseeing master data lists, and coordinating with the Asia Pacific Trade team to uphold data quality and accuracy. What you´ll do Responsible for processing of requests relevant to Free Trade Agreement such as cost statement generation and preference determination Responsible for the day-to-day processing of Sanctioned Party List, Long Term Vendor Declaration request and maintenance. Includes answering of queries via emails or chat and monitoring of workflows Responsible for generating master data download/reports and executing master data clean up needed by the business Ensures the quality and accuracy of the Master Data as well as the overall coordination with regards to Asia Pacific Trade Accountable to inform the Team Lead for any process documentation update Ensure effective monitoring and timely resolution of tickets Responsible in updating files needed for monitoring such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool and attendance tracker and regular documentation update Contribute or Initiate process improvement
