Summary

Graphic Designer supporting Acne Studios' visual identity across print, digital, and experiential platforms, using Adobe Creative Suite to produce campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, and retail installations.

Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house and through collaboration and curiosity, we set high aspirations and strive for excellence. We value everyone’s contribution and embrace feedback to develop ourselves and others. We aim to minimise our environmental impact across all our operations and to address societal challenges in the way we conduct our business.

As Graphic Designer at our Paris office, you will support the development and execution of the brand's visual identity across print, digital, and experiential platforms. The role combines hands-on design execution with growing conceptual responsibility, contributing to the day-to-day creative output of a fast-moving studio while holding a high standard of craft and detail across every touchpoint.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Graphic Designer in our Brand Image Studio team, your main contribution will be to produce refined and culturally relevant design work that carries the brand's visual identity across all communication channels. You will play a vital role in the brand's day-to-day creative output by:

  • Designing visual collateral across campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, product launches, activations, retail installations, and window displays, taking projects from initial concept through to final artwork
  • Translating creative direction into visual systems, layouts, typography, and image treatments that hold consistency across print, digital and experiential touchpoints
  • Contributing to mood boards, visual research, and early-stage conceptual exploration, supporting both individual projects and the longer-term development of the brand's visual language
  • Preparing and adapting artwork for production across print and digital formats, including print specifications, mock-ups, and supplier handover
  • Collaborating with Art Directors, Senior Designers and teams across marketing, PR, digital, and production to deliver cohesive visual communications
  • Managing timelines and deliverables across several parallel projects in close collaboration with our Studio Manager and Production teams

WHO YOU ARE

You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. You enjoy working as a team and you embrace feedback to develop yourself and others. You are curious and thrive in a dynamic environment. Cooperation, respect, and clear communication are important, along with your ambition to learn and grow. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.

Specific personal qualities for this role:

  • Culturally aware, with a strong curiosity for contemporary visual culture
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive in your approach, communicating ideas clearly and flagging challenges early
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing creative responsibility
  • Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-moving creative environment

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in branding and graphic design, ideally within luxury fashion, luxury goods, art, or premium lifestyle brands

  • Strong understanding of the luxury landscape, visual culture, fashion photography, art, and contemporary creative practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and related design tools; experience with Figma and AI tools is a merit
  • A solid grasp of core design principles
  • Fluent in English

What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to recognising the potential in each individual. We embrace diversity of people as well as ideas and viewpoints and encourage everyone's individual expression of their own identity.
