Junior Graphic Designer - Contract

• Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and advertisements
  
• Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising
  
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual content
  
• Resize, adapt, and update existing artwork for various platforms and campaigns
  
• Ensure all design work adheres to company brand guidelines and visual standards
  
• Maintain consistency across all marketing and communication materials
  
• Assist in managing and updating brand asset libraries
  
• Support the marketing and creative teams with day-to-day design requirements
  
• Work on multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines
  
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions where required
  
• Prepare artwork files for digital distribution and print production
  
• Conduct quality checks to ensure artwork accuracy
  
• Assist with sourcing stock images, fonts, and other creative resources
  
• Maintain organised design files and project documentation
  

Requirements

• Grade 12
  
• Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  
• 1 - 2 years' experience in a graphic design role
  
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
  
• Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva
  
• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
