A commercial printing company established in 2013, located at Nordcom Two, Gambas Crescent. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Check customer artwork files for print-readiness (bleed, trim, resolution, colour mode, fonts)
  • Amend and recreate customer artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Prepare cut files for sticker and name card jobs
  • Prepare final print-ready files for production
  • Attend to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp
  • Prepare quotations based on company price list
  • Advise customers on paper, sizing and finishing options
  • Operate digital printer, name card cutting machine and sticker cutting machine (training provided)

Requirements

  • Min. 1 year working experience in printing or prepress. Diploma holders in design with print knowledge may apply
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign for print output
  • Basic knowledge of paper types, weights and finishing
  • Able to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Singaporeans / PR only

Other Information

  • Salary: $2,500 – $2,700 per month, OT payable
  • 5 days work week, 9am – 6pm
  • Contract position with opportunity for conversion to permanent
  • Full training and handover provided by our current designer
  • Company provides licensed Adobe software and prepress tools
  • Located at 2 Gambas Crescent, Nordcom Two (near Sembawang MRT)
