Job Summary:
YWCA Tulsa is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to assist in the day-to-day execution of our branding and marketing efforts. In this role, you will join our marketing team to design and execute both traditional print collateral and digital communications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Adaptation
- Design multi-channel assets including social media graphics, flyers, posters, email layouts, and digital ads.
- Resize and adapt existing designs to fit various platforms, specifications, and formats.
- Design iteration: Apply revisions to drafts based on team feedback and constructive critique.
- Update marketing templates and existing collateral regularly with fresh information.
Brand Stewardship & Quality Control
- Enforce style guidelines by strictly adhering to established brand colors, typography, and logos.
- Proofread all layouts to ensure high technical accuracy, correct spelling, and visual consistency.
- Apply design iterations to drafts efficiently based on team feedback and constructive critique.
Logistics, Publishing & Organization
- Make website updates or post content directly to social media channels as needed.
- Ready final files for website upload, social media posting, and professional commercial printing.
Manage the internal library to keep photos, logos, and active design files organized and accessible
